A great free tool for managing social media posts across multiple properties. I pre-post a week of status updates quickly and efficiently.
2. CaptureWizPro

Low cost, high quality, screen capture tool on steroids. I use CaptureWiz to grab snippets of images, videos and even scrolling drop down menu items that I can design into a graphic for a social media post.
3. Linkedin Groups

Linkedin status updates and groups are a perfect place to engage with others and share important updates with your professional connections. I post status updates that can then be leveraged into a post in a relevant Linkedin group.

5. Microsoft Royalty Free Images

Loads of royalty-free images, photos, animations, sounds and icons that can be used to customize social status updates.
6. My Tab App

Hi Brian,
you have mentioned ZoomSphere.com on your list. You recommend this tool to take inspiration from market leaders. But ZoomSphere.com is quire complex solutions, so why do not you use it also for contacts management, customer care (social inbox), mentions monitoring (engagement console) or integrated publisher?

Thanks for the comment Jakub. I have only just begun to explore Zoomsphere and will gladly explore its full features! For the social media neophyte, the website is a bit confusing. There is no mention even on the home page what Zoomsphere is. It would be nice to see an ‘about us’ or ‘what is zoomsphere’ page.
